BITCOIN CHARTS CHARTS
- Ethereum gas fees are currently very high and the pool is mining rewards in batches of 72 to reduce gas fees. A batch of rewards for each token will be mined twice a day, on average.
- When your mining software submits a proof-of-work solution to the pool, your number of shares increases by one. This number represents how much work you have contributed to mining the next batch of rewards. Tokens are distributed to miners in proportion to the number of shares they have at the time that the tokens are mined.
- There is an effective total fee of 10%. Of this, 1% goes to the pool and 9% is donated to the farm. When the farm is operational, these tokens will be distributed to liquidity providers in proportion to the liquidity they provide.
- Each miner must pay his or her share of the gas costs for the minting transactions when withdrawing tokens from the pool, in addition to the gas used by the withdrawal transaction. A miner who provides 1% of the hashpower will pay 1% of the gas costs for minting.
- In order for the pool to continue to pay the gas for the minting operations, miners must regularly withdraw their mined tokens from the pool. The pool is a centralized system with human controllers, not a smart contract. It should not be used as a wallet. The farm donation will increase from 9% to 24% for miners who maintain a non-zero balance for more than a month.
- The pool will not send mint transactions when the price of gas exceeds a limit of 300 gwei. This corresponds to a cost of about 0.01 USD for each token mined, when the batch size is set to the maximum value of 72. This limit may be changed in the future.
-
If a solution has been found for a particular token, but the gas costs are too high to submit it, the corresponding pool will respond to requests for work with the error,
"No work to do. Try mining a different seasonal token."
- Ensure that the ethereum address you use for mining is selected in MetaMask in order to be able to withdraw your mined tokens. You will also need to add the tokens to MetaMask to be able to see and send them.
